Customer’s Responsibilities

The owner of the goods must make sure that the conditions or activities described in the Warranty section under Exceptions, Exclusions and Limitations of Warranties and Remedies do not occur. The original purchaser must exhibit reasonable care in the maintenance and operation of Aber Living products as explained in the maintenance section of the owner/operator’s manual.

Out of Stock, Backorders or Changes to Orders

While we do everything we can to make sure our stock levels are accurate at all times there may be occasions due to unforeseen circumstances where we are unable to fulfil your order or source a replacement product. If this should occur we will contact you and offer either an exchange for a different item or a full refund. Please note that we cannot offer a backorder facility.

Unfortunately once you have placed your order and payment has been accepted we are unable to make changes to it.
